Braille books

2016

Conceptualisation

Braille books are often scarce and costly, limiting access for visually impaired individuals. Institutions also grapple with the environmental impact of paper waste. Since Braille relies on the tactile nature of embossed dots, scrap paper can be effectively repurposed.

We turn scrap paper into Braille books, efficiently utilizing standard embossing printers to remove barriers to access.

This initiative not only addresses the shortage of Braille literature but also promotes sustainability by converting waste into meaningful resources for the blind.
